Automated Ink Logistics Have Sustainable Lean Features for Flexo

Dispensing time takes between 2 and 4 min, depending on the application. Excess ink from a print run is claimed easily reused, located, and retrieved from stock for easy reuse in future jobs. Ink yields are said to be boosted by as much as 30%.  IMS software platform offers time-saving features, including such management tools as stock control, ink consumption analysis, recasting, and traceability of ink ingredients by batch as required in pharmaceutical and food packaging applications.
