Free Workshop on Scrap Prevention & Solutions

EDGEWOOD, NY | On February 16, Henkel Corp. and Nordmeccanica N.A. are partnering to host an open house and free workshop at Nordmeccanica’s Edgewood Technical Center on “Scrap Prevention” with a focus on the latest advances in solventless laminating innovations. The one-day event promises opportunities for interactive and hands-on demonstrations, highlighting scrap prevention by utilizing the latest in Liofol Adhesives and Nordmeccanica machine technology.

The event will be preceded by a dinner at 7 P.M. for participants on February 15, and start at 9 A.M. on the 16th with a keynote address at 11 A.M. on “Scrap Reduction by Scrap Prevention” by Dr. Duncan Darby, associate professor in the Dept. of Packaging Science at Clemson Univ., Clemson, SC. Lunch will be followed by a workshop exhibition, a process solutions case study, and a final discussion and wrap-up.
