Progressive Converting To Acquire Northwoods Paper Converting

APPLETON, WI | Appleton, WI-based Progressive Converting (Pro-Con) and Beaver Dam, WI-based Northwoods Paper Converting, Inc. (NPC) have announced that their boards of directors unanimously approved a definitive arrangement agreement whereby Progressive Converting will acquire NPC. This acquisition reportedly will further enhance Pro-Con’s position as the leader in the paper converting business with 400 employees in seven locations to serve its customers. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2011.
