Webex Acquires REM Manufacturing

NEENAH, WI | Webex, Inc., a leading provider of precision process rolls for the converting industry, finalized acquisition of REM Mfg., a producer of slitter/rewinders located in Hackettstown, NJ. Serving customers throughout North America since 1985, REM Mfg. has engineered and produced a line of slitter/rewinders, including models with full duplex, turret duplex, center surface and cantilever winding designs. REM has also built large diameter slitter/rewinders and high-speed slitters with lift-out rewind stations.
