Reifenhäuser Becomes Sole Shareholder of Reimotec/Motech

TROISDORF, GERMANY | For many years, Reifenhäuser has been the majority shareholder of Reimotec GmbH, Abtsteinach, a world market leader in extrusion lines for the production of technical monofilaments, artificial grass and strapping tapes, via Reifenhäuser GmbH & Co KG Maschinenfabrik, Troisdorf. As of July 1, 2010, Reifenhäuser acquired all shares from the current co-shareholder, the Morton-Finger family. The same applies for the motech GmbH company, Abtsteinach.
