Interfilm Acquires Brushfoil

EASLEY, SC| Interfilm Holdings, a distributor of industrial films, has acquired the business and assets of Brushfoil LLC, based in Guilford, CT. Brushfoil is a manufacturer of brushed films and papers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
