Royal Adhesives & Sealants Acquires Basic Adhesives Line

SOUTH BEND, IN—Royal Adhesives & Sealants has completed its acquisition of Basic Adhesives' industrial water-based adhesives product line, consisting of urethane, acrylic latex, natural rubber, SBR, and Neoprene water-based adhesives primarily sold to the flexible packaging market. Royal will transfer production of these products to its new 25,000 sq.-ft. water-based adhesives manufacturing center located within its 240,000 sq.-ft. South Bend, IN, operation. Basic Adhesives will continue to manufacture the products until the transition is complete.
