ALGOMA, WI—WS Packaging Group received the 2005 Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year Grand Award in the High-Tech category for innovation and leadership in high-technology manufacturing. The company featured its WebFlex online customer portal, an interactive online project and asset management system. The system is used by customers to verify their own production standards, to act as a quality assurance tool, and to manage upcoming promotions and product launches in an effort to make packaging management easier and to make working with WS Packaging more convenient.
