ECRM Acquires Esko Product Line

PRESS RELEASE

TEWKSBURY, MA—ECRM has closed on an agreement with Esko Production A/S to acquire the assets and intellectual property of Esko's polyester computer-to-plate (CTP) line. According to the agreement, which closed Friday, April 28, 2006, ECRM will acquire DPX 4, DPX System, DPX Lite, the WorkMates software suite, and all associated software products, consumables, spare parts, and related products. The company plans to continue working with the current Esko Production channel partners under the ECRM brand.
