NORWELL, MA—GMG Americas, the U.S. office of GMG, a Germany-based company specializing in high-end color management and proofing solutions, is expanding its U.S. and Americas operations to provide greater customer and reseller support. It will add additional staff in training, technical support, and operations/logistics while assuming responsibility for all reseller support in-house. Additionally, the company has launched GMG ColorSupport, a new technical support service connecting customers with GMG technicians via phone, e-mail, fax, or WebEx for live assistance directly on their systems.
