Another Record Year for AVT

HOD-HASHARON, ISRAEL—Advanced Vision Technology reports another successful year, ending December 31, 2005, with increased sales of $25.1 million, a 17.7% increase over 2005. Systems sales accounted for $23.7 million, while revenues from maintenance, training, and support services grew by 22.5% to $1.4 million ($1.1 million in 2004). Forty-five percent of sales came from the Americas (37% in 2004), with 40% coming from Europe (42% in 2004), and 14.7% from the rest of the world (20% in 2004).

Profitability for the year grew 90.7% to $4.2 million, up from $2.2 million in 2004. Sales for the fourth quarter amounted to $6.6 million, an increase of 11.8% on the same period in 2004, marking the 16th consecutive quarter of growth.
