Online Lean Manufacturing Resource Goes Live

The site was developed as a one-stop destination for those seeking to understand OEE and how it can be applied to improve plant productivity, effectiveness, and ultimately the bottom line.

The site is organized around a series of lessons that deliver key OEE concepts, including Fast Track OEE (an introduction), OEE Factors, the Six Big Losses, World Class OEE, and Calculating OEE. Additional resources include a comprehensive glossary and an FAQ area.
