Davis-Standard Makes Ordering Easier

PAWCATUCK, CT—The spare parts department at Davis-Standard has implemented a more convenient procurement option by accepting VISA and MasterCard for telephone, fax and e-mail orders. This service will better facilitate customer purchases for frequently ordered spare parts such as rupture discs, swing gate bolts and nuts, cast aluminum heaters, band heaters, thermocouples and temperature controllers.

Davis-Standard stocks parts for the company's entire product line including NRM, Killion, Davis-Standard and Merritt Extruder brands. Orders can be placed between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday. When placing an order, customers need to provide the credit card number, expiration date and verification code on the signature strip on the back of the card. Orders up to $5,000 can be processed immediately. Orders exceeding that amount will require prior approval. Davis-Standard plans to offer this service on its website in the near future.
