Dow Raises Prices

PRESS RELEASE
MIDLAND, MI—Effective Oct. 1, 2005, Dow Emulsion Polymers business increased prices of Styrene/Butadiene (S/B) Latex, Styrene/Acrylate (S/A) Latex, and Solid Plastic Pigment (SPP) products sold in the paper industry in the U.S. and Canada. All S/B, S/A, and SPP latex prices will increase by three cents per dry lb.
