Remmele Acquires May Coating Technologies

PRESS RELEASE

ST. PAUL, MN—Remmele Engineering has acquired the May Coating Technologies div. of Acumeter Laboratories, also located in St. Paul. The May Coating Technologies line of standard web handling and coating equipment will be integrated into Remmele’s Automation Div. As part of the agreement, Remmele will work closely through a consulting agreement with one of May’s founders, Jerry Majkrzak, to provide technical expertise and knowledge transfer.
