GREEN BAY, WI—Paper Converting Machine Co. (PCMC) has signed a letter of intent to be acquired by Barry-Wehmiller Companies, St. Louis, MO. According to Robert A. Chapman, chairman and CEO of Barry-Wehmiller Companies, the two companies have informally discussed joining forces for several years.
