NDC Infrared Engineering Books Large Asian Order at CMM, Opens Indian Office

IRWINDALE, CA—NDC Infrared Engineering has sold a complete hardware and software gauging solution for adhesive coatings to Crown Machinery, a Taiwanese OEM. The end-user for this application is an adhesive tape manufacturer that will use the system for measuring an adhesive coating using film substrates. Crown purchased an NDC Model 8000 system, complete with a MiniTrak-S single beam scanner and Model 103 gamma backscatter sensor.

The company also opened an office in Pune—outside of Bombay— in India and hired Pravin Kulkarni as country manager. Administrative support will be based in New Delhi. Contact information for the office is:
