Kodak's Acquisition of Creo is Final

PRESS RELEASE

VANCOUVER, CANADA AND ROCHESTER, NY - The acquisition has been completed and Creo is now a subsidiary of Eastman Kodak Co. The two companies had recently received notice that the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice terminated its investigation of the proposed acquisition and that early termination of the waiting period under the Hart- Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 has been granted by the US Federal Trade Commission.

This US regulatory clearance also follows approvals by the Creo board and shareholders, as well as regulatory approvals in Canada, the European Union, Israel, and South Africa.
