ICE and CMM Announce Transatlantic Alliance

OBERAUDORF, GERMANY AND NEW YORK, NY—ICE (Intl. Converting Exhibition) and CMM (Converting, Machinery and Materials Exhibition) have announced an alliance to market each other’s events to their respective audiences around the world. ICE will have a booth and be a major presence at CMM 2005 in April. Likewise, CMM will actively promote and exhibit at ICE 2005 in November. According to CMM President Ian Johnston, "We believe this new alliance will attract many European converters."

The shows have created a discount package for ICE attendees interested in visiting CMM, including free entry, a 25% discount on a full conference pass, discounted hotel rates, and a chance to win prizes. Exhibitor packages also have been created for ICE exhibitors interested in making a debut at CMM, including the negotiation of special booth rates.
