transfer tape to membrane switch assemblies for the automotive industry. 

Production requirements dictated a 24/7 duty cycle capability. This machine features a differential airshaft assembly equipped with fully automatic transducer tension control system, static elimination, segmented aluminum infeed table for precise product infeed control, and plasma-coated web path idler rollers. The laminator also includes cantilevered supply stations said to provide operator ease of loading, an operator control panel with forward/reverse/jog functions, and six emergency-stop switches.

Industrial laminating product line can be customized and configured to specific customer requirements. By utilizing standard subassembly components such as unwind stations, rewind station, nip roller assemblies, and pull rollers in numerous widths (14, 36, 40, 64, 80, or 110 in.) company says it can create a custom laminator in a cost-effective fashion.
