CC1 Introduces Register Control

PORTSMOUTH, NH | CC1, supplier of camera-based automatic register controls, web videos, and register motorization packages, showcased its full product platform at the recent GRAPH EXPO 2015. 

Unveiled at the show was the DRC-6000-L automatic register control designed for the narrow web flexographic market. Said to be user friendly, the unit’s technology allows it to establish running and side registration automatically, even if register marks overlap. Company says customers are reporting makeready savings of 50%–75% and increased press capacity by reducing job set-up time.

The DRC 6000-L expands upon existing options of the company's camera-based automatic register models including time and date stamped register variation analysis reports, auto bindery control, unit-to-unit compensators, and register motorization packages.

Touchscreen monitor with intuitive user interface reportedly allows control for any number of colors on any substrate.
