AWA Sleeve Label Awards Open for Entries

AMSTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS | AWA Alexander Watson Associates is now accepting entries for the 2016 Sleeve Label Awards. This is the second edition of the competition, which AWA says was developed to recognize this dynamic industry’s outstanding achievements in stretch- and shrink-sleeve labeling and product decoration. The Awards are open to all participants in the sleeve label value chain, including designers, film producers, printers/converters, and end users/brand owners.

Awards will be presented in four categories: heat shrink TD sleeves, stretch sleeves, roll-fed MD shrink sleeves, and sleeves of any type that demonstrate special environmental consideration. In addition, all class winners will automatically be entered for recognition as the outstanding entry overall—the ‘Best Sleeve Label’ of 2016.

The competition will close for entries on January 29, 2016, and entry forms are available online.

Chosen by an independent panel of industry experts, winners will be announced and awards presented at a ceremony during the 2016 AWA International Sleeve Label Conference & Exhibition to be held in Denver, CO, March 3–4, 2016
