Glenroy Acquires PF Flexibles

MENOMONEE FALLS, WI | Glenroy, a converter and printer of flexible packaging, has concluded an agreement effective January 16, 2015, to acquire the pouch converting operations of PF Flexibles, Hartford, WI, formerly known as Pouch Converting Technologies Inc. or PCTI.
PF Flexibles has produced award-winning stand-up pouches and reportedly offers exceptional expertise in producing stand-up pouches for liquids. This acquisition provides Glenroy with a wide range of pouch converting equipment, and allows the company to offer extensive in-house premade pouch converting capabilities.
According to Richard Buss, Glenroy’s president and CEO, "With stand-up pouch usage continually increasing, the acquisition of PF Flexibles, combined with Glenroy's 50 years of experience in flexible packaging, allows us to provide top-quality custom-engineered pouches. This supports our mission of providing the highest level of service to our customers."
Glenroy manufactures flexible packaging film and stand-up pouches for a variety of industries, including personal care, pharmaceutical, nutritional, cosmetic, automotive and household products.
