Derprosa BOPP Film Made to Fight Bacteria

JAÉN, SPAIN | Derprosa Film offers BACTERSTOP, a BOPP film for food packaging that is said to kill 99.9% of bacteria that come into contact with the film.

There are two different films available:

• DF301 is a transparent film with a high bacteria spectrum said to offer the best anti-bacterial insurance and to be suited for fresh vegetables if the package in a macro perforated package.

• DF308 is a transparent film with a high bacteria spectrum and demisting properties, called ideal for fresh vegetables. The result is packaging that allows a clear view of the product while preventing drops forming on the film’s surface and, therefore, bacteria proliferating on the package.

The film is provided with antibacterial properties that company says attacks the Escherichia Coli (E. Coli) and St. Aureus bacteria.
