FAIRFIELD, NJ | AZCO Corp. has designed a rotary shear cutter reportedly capable of making hundreds of cuts per minute. Company says the rotary knife assemblies can be easily incorporated into new machines or inserted into an existing process, and benefits include bolt-in, modular design, high speed, and clean cuts.
The rotary blade shear cuts against a hardened anvil. Blade materials are thru-hardened D-2 tool steel. Features precision bearings designed to take high load forces. The unit will be supplied with an output shaft, made to customer requirements. Mounting holes are provided for easy installation.
