SHANGHAI, CHINA | Shanghai Pripack Machinery Co. featured the BLS 600 automatic rigid box maker at CPP EXPO. 

Machine offers feeding, gluing, spotting, warping, and delivering and features PLC control, photoelectric tracking system, and touch screen human-machine interface. Hot melt glue is mixed and circulated automatically in gluing system. Vacuum suction under transmission belt keeps wrap paper’s position fixed after it is fed in.

Said to provide stable operation, high precision, and low noise. Concave surface helps to deduce weight to increase working speed, and automatic fault diagnosis and alarm function helps operators find problems.
