GURNEE, IL | Domino Amjet introduces two new printers.

The K600i is a digital black plate inkjet printer said to be simple, productive, and cost-effective. Prints barcodes and numbering in a defined sequence, variable data QR, Data Matrix 2D codes, and an extensive range of barcodes. Offering personalization of high quality preprinted labels and prints on a wide range of uncoated and coated, as well as plastic media, the K600i is said to combine productivity with 600dpi print quality. Configured to the print width required, printer can be integrated into an existing handling system for digital imprinting or can be in the format of a monochrome digital press.

The N600i is a CMYK (ink) color digital press that company says combines the productivity typically associated with conventional flexo with the flexibility of digital. Features automated printhead cleaning and capping, control of and wide range of ink drop sizes, recirculating ink through the printhead, and automated stitching of printheads, etc. A modular frame allows for the future addition of a print section for white when it becomes available.
