Achernar of Argentina Acquired by SATO America

CHARLOTTE, NC | SATO, a supplier of Automatic Identification and Data Collection (AIDC) and barcode printing, labeling, and EPC/RFID solutions, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Achernar of Argentina, Buenos Aires, a provider of adhesive labeling solutions, including prime, promotional, variable information, security, and high-durability label solutions. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
