Cut Sheets In-Line

The VLS-650 fully servo-driven sheet cutter allows jumbo rolls of plain or preprinted material to be fed through and converted to sheets, resulting in a delivery of shingle or deep-pile stacks. Can be run in-line with almost any web-fed machinery and can process a wide range of substrate types from 80-600 micron and widths from 510-1,000 mm. Materials can be cut into constant or variable lengths, to register, and can respond to varying sheet lengths instantaneously, on the fly, without the need to change tooling.
