The Omega HSR high-speed slitter/inspection/rewinder runs at speeds to 1,312 fpm. Available in web widths of 13, 17, and 21 in., unit is equipped for 148-in. unwind and 24-in. rewind diameters. Standard features include electronic web guide with ultrasonic sensor for opaque and clear substrates, scissor knife slitting, auto knife throwoff, choice of rewind mandrels from 1-3 in., and more. Many options available.
