In.Pack North America and Karlville Converting step up game in USA, Canadian Markets
Just in time for Annual Flexible Packaging Association Event, new team hired, new websites launched as well as new machines ordered for Miami Technology Center.
Working in parallel, In.Pack North America and Karlville Converting, have launched websites that detail relationship, machines and business. Two separate companies, sharing a Technology Center, Service Back Office and Market, the teams are ready to launch in the North American Market.
In.Pack North America has ordered several machines including a Wicket, a Multiple Lane Bag-on-Roll, and a Pouch machine for its Miami technology center. The technology center is co-located within Karlville Converting in Miami. The space has the capabilities of showcasing numerous machines with strategic film and paper partner relationships.
With these film and paper relationships being created, the companies will demonstrate leading sustainable solutions with their machines. They welcome the industry to visit and see the latest in technology, expected for end of summer/beginning of fall 2023.

From the Karlville Converting side, the plan is to have a combination of several machines including an Ultra Speed Slitter, Pack Ready Laminators (Compact, Standard and Combi), and Shrink Sleeve converting equipment available for stock and demos.
As an update, In.Pack North America most recently expanded with new hires to cover market. To start, Tim Fox, will cover the Western half of the U.S., based in Wisconsin. Tim brings to the table a strong flexible packaging equipment background with his past experiences at AVT, PCMC, HP and MPS.
For the east, Rocco Panetta, will cover the Eastern States based out of New York. Rocco provides a strong background in converting starting from extrusion and flexographic printing to in-line bag converting and pouch manufacturing. Previously selling new and used pouch and bag equipment worldwide, Rocco worked most recently with Pearl Technologies.
A strong team, directed and supported by Raul Matos as EVP of Sales & Marketing, and John Price as President, the plan is to grow the In.Pack business in the U.S. to become the leading provider of bag and pouch converting machines within the next three years.
Karlville Converting will focus efforts on the post print converting machines for shrink sleeves, slitting and rewinding, inspection and adhesive lamination, along with the Pack Ready Lamination partnership with HP Indigo. They will continue to operate digital pouch factories inside HP Indigo GEC in Atlanta and Barcelona. Visitors are welcome to visit and see first-hand the Digital Pouch Factory to understand why digital and flexible packaging go hand in hand.
